With the rapid development of global economic integration and reform of China deepening of the process, at the same time, China was fast growth in import, antidumping in the world against China also emerged increasingly frequent trend. Especially after the global financial crisis which began in 2008 diffuse in the world, countries were increasing trade protectionism. Foreign antidumping investigations to China's export products are still increasing.Based on the current China witnessed frequent antidumping reality, this paper discusses the new characteristics of contemporary anti-dumping and development trends, summarizes the anti-dumping status quo. Conclude the cause of anti-dumping from two aspects of external and internal. Deeply analyze a series of trade effects of anti-dumping:Review of antidumping trade investigation effect using ADI, confirmed that the anti-dumping investigation to trade has obvious itself inhibition by an objective data; In the United States anti-dumping against Chinese paper products as an example, from January 2001 to December 2009 analyzing paper product anti-dumping cases from America to China with statistic method. Investigate the existence size of trade destruction effect and trade diversion effect in antidumping process different stages. Results show that anti-dumping not only led to the imports from China reduced, and from Thailand, Indonesia and other competitive states'similar product imports increased, but also helping China to third-party market exports products involved were increased. Confirmed anti-dumping against China has remarkable trade destruction effect and trade diversion effect, and analysis the conclusion obtained consistent. In terms of effects of anti-dumping on FDI, this thesis develops a theoretical framework of evading anti-dumping by FDI. The purpose was to avoid this threat of the anti-dumping investigation and anti-dumping duties. Direct investment in importing countries or build a factory in the third country which did not suffer anti-dumping accused, to replace or compensation for the enterprise to bring the anti-dumping investigation of losses. In the meantime, aiming at different type of industry analyzed FDI in the different path selection:Labor-intensive industries chose bypass to the third countries and then Invested; Capital-intensive industries chose joint venture in developing countries and then Invested; technology-intensive industries chose directly investment in the target country. Based on the conclusions of the paper, we can confirm that anti-dumping measures have led to a series of trade and antidumping jumping effects on china. It has a meaningful policy implications on china. Finally, put forward the political suggestion from three levels of government, industry and enterprise, provided the theory basis and the political reference for our country to reply to anti-dumping measures, ensured economic and trade developing healthily.
