In order to reflecthuman resource value measurement in enterprise incentive mechanism, thispaper reviewed the role before academic research results, human resourcesvalue measurement and enterprise incentive mechanism design the thesisbriefly described. This paper studies the is formulated based on humanresource value of the enterprise incentive mechanism, will pay pay, equityincentives, virtual stock option plan, etc. Various kinds of concreteincentive mode design among them, Highlights of the grass-roots staffperformance evaluation incentive mechanism construction,especially emphasizes the virtual human resource value based on the application ofstock option design analysis, thus can stimulate more favorably toenterprise human resources enthusiasm and creativity.Finally, in order to verify the feasibility and scientific researchresults, this paper selects CYC company as the research object, byinvestigation analysis and put forward conesponding Performance evaluationincentive mode and virtual stock option incentive mode. On one hand wethrough design and performance evaluation indexes, CYC company concreteoperation application for examination results, construction of grass-rootsstaff performance evaluation incentive mechanis; On the other hand,We usesurvey included data calculated separately CYC company human resource groupvalue and individual value, and the virtual stock options as the basis ofdistributable amount calculated and participate in the virtual stock planeach individual allocation of virtual stock option number. Through the caseanalysis, we draw the conclusion is feasible.
