To build a high-quality real estate e-commerce platform which candeal with commercial housing transactions online is the demand of both propertydevelopers and consumers.This thesis firstly points out the real estate e-commerce development prospects ofthe real estate e-commerce under the current situation, and then reviews the traditionalcommercial housing transaction theory and the related research of real estate e-commerce,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research work. After that, based on thefrequent access to many different real estate e-commerce web sites, this thesis analyzestwo kinds of mainstream real estate e-commerce platform. A case of successful web siteis used to show the real image of each kind platform.At the end, on the basis of the above analysis, this thesis points out the deficiency ofaccomplishing online trading. To improve the weakness, this thesis puts forward somespecific strategies of how to build a successful real estate e-commerce platform fromthree aspects, the function of platform, information quality, and use of the technology.This thesis presents the idea of real estate online trading model to improve the function ofthe platform. A framework of the real estate information is proposed to rich the content ofthe information, and virtual reality technology and GIS technology are suggested to beused to improve the quality of information.
