In the current information age, the rapid development of electronic commerce, quietlyand dramatic changing consumption habits of life, to create a rich business opportunities, e-commerce has become a new growth point of national economy under the new normal, is becoming more and more important in stimulating economic growth,at the same time, to subvert the traditional business era of industrial value chain oflogic, for the re form and operating mode of the enterprises greatly.As a traditional industry, the real estate industry, how to be just unfolding in the context of e-commerce, actively embrace the Internet, how to value the Internet thinkingremodeling products, is the development of the industry to actively explore the direction.How to combine the marketing advantages of e-commerce and its industry resources,efficient use and create more business opportunities, reverse or improve sales dilemma, is the foothold of this study.This paper takes ZX company as an example, firstly, the development status of the current real estate e-commerce are analyzed, summarized the problems and obstaclesin real estate e-commerce marketing, and through the analysis of the successfulbusiness case, summed up the real estate business under the mode of O2 O operation mode and assessment based on the sales results, prediction the distribution and sales of electronic business platform based on effect is the future direction of development ofthe real estate business.Secondly, using the strategic management analysis tools of SWOT matrix analysis, to the electronic commerce marketing environment of ZX company and its own resourcesare analyzed. In the development of e-commerce brings to the external opportunities,and competitive analysis in e-commerce marketing strategy competitive threats,combined with their own resources condition of ZX company, to develop suitable for ZX company’s business marketing strategy.In a word, this paper finally solve the problem of ZX company is, in the face of the complex and volatile market backdrop, make full use of the resources and conditions oftheir own, to reshape the e-commerce marketing strategy system, improve themarketing dilemma, to gain more market opportunities and space.
