In recent years, the Central Government paid high attention to the problem ofincome distribution. It offered to improve its employees ’ wages steadily, strengthenregulation of income distribution, vigorously rectify and standardize income distributionsystem. Establishing and perfecting mechanism for regular wage increase is one of themost important measures.This article takes X Oil Company as the object of study and analysis of their basicsalary distribution, finds its existing problems. It uses basic knowledge of remunerationtheory, combined with X Oil Company’s "Twelve-Five plan" and the current status ofsalary distribution, and mainly uses the following method to study the salary distributionof the company. First, make interviews with middle and middle-level leaders of thecompany employees and obtain their views and suggestions to the company’s currentsalary distribution system. Evaluate the relative value of various jobs in order to give eachjob a reasonable pay level. Second, perform statistical analysis according to the company’shistory of salary distribution information and data. Identity the relative value of differentjobs of the company and ensure the company’s inner salary distribution system fair andreasonable. Third, by combining qualitative and quantitative methods, find out theproblems of current salary distribution management in the company. By usingremuneration administration, human resources management and integrated knowledgemanagement, combining normative analysis and empirical analysis, finally design thesalary distribution system of X-Oil Company.
