Along with the rapid development of information technology and the globalizationof trade process accelerate, photoelectric communication industry also usher in moreopportunities and challenges, the enterprise must ensure that the product update in order toguarantee profits and meet customers’ personalized requirements. However, multi-varietyand small-batch production environment bring big trouble for enterprise productionplanning and control, it lead to products in the backlog, high product manufacture cycle,seriously affect the enterprise capital turnover and product delivery.This thesis takes the Wuhan Optical Communications Technology Co., LTD as theresearch object. Through in-depth analysis of research, the thesis is trying to explore betterable to adapt to multi-variety and small-batch production environment of productionplanning and control system, to increase the competitive power of enterprise in the newenvironment. The thesis combines with optical communications company’s externalenvironment and internal condition, analyzes the defects of the existing productionplanning and control system. It targets for three link optimization researches, includingmain planning and coordination, management and operation, prod uction performanceevaluation. As main planning and coordination, it specificities the main planning processand establishes a process between capacity table to realize rapid and accurate assessmentof the manpower and equipment needs. As the management and operation, on the basis ofthe theory of constraints, the thesis builds the data model and decision to put forwardmulti-variety and small-batch production environment, designs principles and ideas of themanagement and operation. It realized the capacity bottleneck identification and control,pushed pull before the workshop production planning control mechanism. As theproduction performance evaluation, the thesis changed the original single index ofefficiency evaluation system, to used the comprehensive efficiency OPE stratification analysis was carried out on the time loss, it provide direction and basis for improvement.Finally, this thesis researched and summarized the problems in the implementationprocesses, and forecasted the future research direction.
