In recent years,with the development of macroeconomic situation at home and abroad,the number and quality of China's small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises have been improved.As of the end of 2015,the quantity of the national scale of industrial enterprises(from 2011 onwards,the original standard of the scale of industrial enterprises had been improved,and the original annual business income had been from 5million yuan to 20 million yuan)is 36.5 million,and it is accounting for 97.4%of the number of industrial enterprises above designated size.The national scale above small and medium enterprises had completed profit of 4.1 trillion yuan,accounting for 64.5%of industrial enterprises above designated size total.Small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises occupie an important position in the national economy,which also play an important role in the promotion of economic growth and employment.With the development of social productive in our country,the social productive capacity has surpassed the social consumption ability,and our country has already entered the stage of overcapacity.With the demand of consumer becoming more and more personalized,better response to changes in market demand for more varieties,and small quantities of production method has become the direction of development of enterprises.However,due to the unreasonable production scheduling,the production cycle of production enterprises is too long,and the product inventory is too much,which are seriously weakening the small and medium manufacturing enterprises in China's market competitiveness.S company is a solid wood door of manufacturing enterprises in Dalian and a typical small batch of multi-species production enterprises.The company had a sudden increase in production orders in September 2016,and the factory's production capacity had been unable to achieve the smooth completion of these production orders.At that time,the edge of the workshop and assembly workshop had too many products in the backlog.With the guidance of TOC theory,S company had a production scheduling optimization in the assembly workshop.In the absence of increasing production machinery and production workers,the product production had achieved more than 71.7%growth,and effectively reduced the in-process inventory.This paper chooses S Company as a case to study its production change in the perspective of production scheduling.Through the analysis of difference of S company production scheduling effect under the guidance of Series scheduling and Parallel scheduling,the author worked hard to carry out the corresponding changes in production ideas to help guiding other companies.Through the research on the optimization of the S company's production,the following conclusions are drawn:First,compared with Series scheduling,Parallel scheduling can make the stay time of production in production workshop shorter.The Second,Parallel scheduling strengthens the order of production control,and makes it more orderly,while reducing the waiting time of orders in the next process production,and reducing the product congestion situation.The Third,Parallel scheduling can reduce the production cycle by increasing the fluidity of the products and reducing the impact of production fluctuation on the production processes.The Fourth,The parallel scheduling has good applicability in Multi-species small batch production.By studying the optimization of production scheduling of s company,it is found that the production efficiency of parallel scheduling has a general improvement,which can be used to guide the production scheduling of other production enterprises.
