With the rapid development of economy, society since the reform and opening up,China’s current social management innovation has become the core topic of concern, isdirectly related to the political stability and social harmony and national. Socialmanagement in general is not limited to the government’s social management function,it also includes the improvement of the social self governance, self autonomy ofpluralistic society. To promote the innovation of social management, mainly referringto improve participation and autonomous governance structure, strengthen thegovernment and enterprises and institutions of all kinds of social management andservice functions, and give full play the main role of all kinds of social organizations,social organizations in the countries that the development and construction inparticular social status of management innovation and the positive role of the. Thiswill not only greatly inspire all kinds of social organization development and mobilizetheir enthusiasm, but also will help to promote the social transformation, thetransformation of government functions, the government will focus and concentrationof resources to the field of macro regulation and control, so as to form a new situationof a country with powerful ability, social vitality.The socialist market economy under the conditions of the enterprise, it is regarded asthe core of market subject and society, assume social responsibility has become thebasic power of rational self governance important domain and social innovation ofsocial management. Because in a market in the field of common market relationshipsof deconstructing the basic structure of the family and the state of traditionalcommunity of the society, on the other hand, is created between the various betweenthe family and the state of social organization. It is under the condition of marketeconomy, generally by things as intermediary dependencies between people caused bythe division of labor based on market exchange, mutual restriction of economicrelations between the various levels, constitute a new social order mode of production.A new social order of this mode of production has the characteristics of a spontaneousevolution, become the important foundation of social autonomy and self-management,it must be based on business to expand social responsibility as the premise. From the Western point of view, corporate social responsibility is an expandingconcept, because of the different angles of understanding can be divided into differentcontent, but if starting from the angle of moral philosophy, it is possible for us torealize the essence of corporate social responsibility and its boundary location. Sincethe reform and opening up, the theory and practice of corporate social responsibility,experience for reference in our country and the rapid development of the three stages.To further promote corporate social responsibility fulfillment, we need in thefollowing several aspects: first, to promote enterprise moral growth, cultivatingsuitable age condition, with independent management capability of the main marketfor social self management; secondly, the external environment to cultivate goodbusiness practice social responsibility, we should give full play to guide and regulatethe action of government corporate accountability, to further promote the developmentof non governmental organizations and other social forces, give full play to thesupervisory role in corporate accountability. Only after a period of time, our countryenterprise society responsibility consciousness can generally enhanced, enterpriseability accountability would generally increase, thereby type social governancestructure of autonomy of social management in our country can truly form.
