Schindler Company was the first joint venture elevator companyafter Reform and Opening-up of China. The company became the leader in theelevator industry soon after couple of years development, changing the situation ofimporting the High-grade elevators. But with the development of economy and thereal estate, many elevator companies influx into China. In order to increase the salesvolume in China, the company pay much attention to the sales activities and salesmen.So the work efficiency and Accuracy are becoming the key points in the company.There are many problems in the quotation management, sales process andperformance appraisal, which will be solved by making improved scheme to improvethe efficiency of salesmen.The main contents of this thesis are the analysis of problems in Sales Departmentof Schindler company, the analysis of features of selling process and improvedmethods, the layout of the QM system--a kind of quotation tool--which was applied inthe Schindler to raise the sales of the company. With the above improved methods thecompany’s strength will be heightened and the efficiency will be raised greatly. Thecompany will have more competitive advantages in the market.
