Based On The Theory Of Asymmetric Information Transmission And Distribution Project Risk Management

With the reform of the electricity market, the dramatic changes in the economic structure, market competition intensifies, power transmission project involved the more uncertainty,and the more risk, the losses will be heavy. Form the information economics, information asymmetry induced by the adverse selection and moral hazard problem ,and they can not be ignored. So will the information asymmetry of power transmission project to introduce risk management study is feasible.This paper described the basic theory of asymmetric information and the risk associated with the project, and analysis of asymmetric information under the condition of power transmission projects are facing the risk of major adverse selection and moral hazard.
