Make The Study onimprovement of S company Semi-finished products warehouse picking strategy andwarehouse management system. The total length of the shortest path as the targetfunction and packing equipment capacity as constraint condition to batch all of thepicking lists，and then via C-W to get the solution．The personnel efficiency wasanalyzed after optimization according to the factors of the economics principle thelaw of diminishing marginal utility.And discuss what measures can improveperformance. In the route of order picking optimization aspect，this thesis based on thebatching model，referenced TSP, made the secondary optimization to the picking route.After the order picking optimization, management and control all warehouseoperation process by WMS. Compare the key performance of the warehouse afterintroduced WMS system.
