| E-commerce warehouse order delivery is a complex system composed of many links, among which the picking link occupies a considerable proportion in terms of time, workload and cost. Therefore, the design and optimization of picking operation have a very important impact on the operational efficiency of e-commerce warehouse. In this thesis, the Y warehouse of E-commerce company A is taken as the research object. On the basis of on-the-spot investigation and extensive access to information, the status quo of its order delivery operation is summarized, and the order picking situation in a certain period of time is analyzed. It is found that the Y warehouse has the problem of low completion rate of “one order with multiple products”.Further analyzing the causes of the problems,it is found that the unreasonable order batch mode and picking path are the main reasons for the low completion rate of order picking. Therefore, aiming at the two problems found, this thesis puts forward two optimization schemes: Firstly, according to the difference of order quantity in each time period, the order is divided into three scales:small, medium and large, and the matching batch optimization scheme is designed for the three scales, and the effectiveness of the scheme is determined by comparing with that before optimization. Then,on the basis of batch optimization, the path optimization scheme is proposed, and the optimal path strategy is determined by taking a medium-sized order as an example. Finally,on the basis of determining the optimal path strategy,the“batch-path” joint optimization of orders of three sizes is carried out,and the final optimization result are compared with the current working mode, which proves the effectiveness of this optimization. The research results of this thesis can not only solve the existing problems of Y warehouse, but also provide reference ideas and experiences for order picking optimization of the same type of e-commerce warehouse. |
