E-commerce has experienced about 20 years of development,it accompanied by constant innovation and reform,and now has basically formed a relatively mature model.The development of e-commerce has also brought the improvement of logistics system and the change of consumer behavior,but at the same time,e-commerce platforms also need to improve themselves to meet the needs of consumers.Nowadays,consumer demand gradually presents the characteristics of multiple varieties and small batches,and the requirements on logistics timeliness become more and more strict,they hope to get a good shopping experience.Therefore,e-commerce platforms need to speed up the fulfillment speed of platform orders and improve the efficiency of order distribution,so as to improve consumer satisfaction.The delivery speed of goods ordered from e-commerce warehouses and the delivery speed of logistics after the delivery of orders are the key factors that affect the logistics timeliness of the e-commerce platform.This paper will study from one of the above aspects,namely,optimize the warehouse order outbound operation,in order to improve the efficiency of the order outbound operation.Based on the field investigation results of Y e-commerce warehouse,this paper conducts optimization research on its picking operation.Firstly,based on the research of relevant literatures at home and abroad,this paper describes the research status of e-commerce warehouse,order batch mode,picking path strategy and genetic algorithm application at home and abroad,which provides theoretical support for the writing of this paper.Secondly,the general situation of the warehouse,order picking process,order batch status and picking route status of Y electric business platform are described in detail,in the context of the actual situation,this paper analyzes the present problems of the electric business platform warehouse,and will be located in the cause of the problems existed in the order batch and the imperfection of the picking path.To solve the problem of the e-commerce warehouse,order batching and picking path need to be optimized.Firstly,according to the existing order batching mode of Y e-commerce warehouse,the optimization idea of order batching is proposed.The current first-come-first-served batching mode of the warehouse is improved,the similarity of each order and the distance between the goods to be selected within a fixed period of time are comprehensively considered.Then the optimization scheme of picking path is proposed,and the existing s-shaped strategy of the warehouse is changed to the s-shaped strategy combined with the mid-point strategy,which is more flexible and can helps to improve the picking efficiency.Finally,the mathematical model of combinatorial optimization of order batch and picking path is established with the minimum total picking distance as the goal,and genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.In this paper,MATLAB programming language is used to solve the genetic algorithm,and the objective function values that before and after the optimization are compared,in order to verify the effectiveness of the optimization.The final results show that the total picking distance after optimization is about 36% shorter than that before optimization,and the optimization effect is obvious.
