Aerospace technology applied industry originated in the80’s and90’s of lastcentury. In the aerospace system, there have developed nearly a thousand products forcivilian projects, many of which have high economic efficiency.However, face of the Survival of the fittest in market economy and as finishedproducts, low efficiency, in the face of fierce market competition, the civil aerospaceprojects are unsustainable.The real needs require that Aerospace technology applications must be inaccordance with the market demand to continue to improve, to seize marketopportunities, according to the needs of users to optimize product structureadjustment.This paper selected Chinese Academy of Aerospace Aerodynamics(Aerospace11thAcademy) as an empirical study. Firstly, it briefly gives a generalintroduction to the eleventh Academy and analyzes the current situation and problemsexisting in the development of space technology applications.Secondly, through the strategic market research, high-tech aerospace enterprisemarket development strategy is made so that the enterprises in the high-tech aerospacemarket development process can be orderly, improve efficiency, and ensureeffectiveness.Specifically, it is from three aspects to expound, which are the strategicmarketing, product development which must meet the needs of users as well asstrategic customer relationship. Three aspects linked to each other, allowingsystematic, high-tech global aerospace market development.Then, combining the strategic market characteristics, with market developmenttheory, from strategic cooperation mechanisms, strategic marketing capacity-buildingand capacity building of strategic marketing analysis of several aspects, it has putforward the specific, practical measures for the aerospace companies to develophigh-tech market capacity.Finally, with the Beijing aerospace yi company as an example, studied the easyunion’s strategic market development strategy and experience summary, support for the study of the theory of the above examples...
