Research On Urbanization Development Of Wuqing Under The Background Of Beijing-tianjin-hebei Regional Integration

In the eighteenth Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, it was put forwardthat accelerating the new-type urbanization construction is an important strategicmeasure to balance urban and rural development and realize common prosperity.Wuqing, located in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei core area, with the advantages oflocation and transportation, always adheres to the development strategy of takingurbanization as the leading. It keeps advancing and exploring the urbanizationconstruction, and accumulates some experience and obtained apparent effect. On thebasis of international and domestic advanced urbanization theory, referring to cases ofregional economic integration driving urbanization development, the dissertationcompares with requirements of new type urbanization, and then summarizes theexperience to look into problems and gaps. It also puts forward some relevantsuggestions both on the strategic level and operational level.This thesis analyzes the urbanization-related academic theory and makes the lawof development of urbanization clear to provide theoretical basis for the scientificdevelopment of Wuqing. Under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei RegionalIntegration, the dissertation analyzes the present situation of Wuqing and illuminatesits strength, weakness, opportunity and threat. With the analysis on the layout ofWuqing’s new-type urbanization, the development system of Wuqing modernindustrial is built. A series of policies and measures are put forward, includingproposing the development of social undertakings, enhancing the level of civilizationof city, establishing the integration public service system of urban and rural,promoting the ecological environment construction, reforming in key areas,guaranteeing new urbanization investment and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regionalcooperation. It aims to explore a suitable path for the development ofBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional urbanization. It’s of great value to the development ofWuqing and other areas’ urbanization.
