The Study On Countermeasures Of New-type Urbanization Development Of Chengde City Based On Integration Of The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

Urbanization is an inevitable stage of social development,urbanization is an important support for the new type of industrialization,it is also an important guarantee for urban modernization and the modernization of agriculture.Currently, Chengde has already been into the comprehensive well-off society critical stage,new urbanization is facing the double opportunity to accelerate transformation and upgrading, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperative development has risen to a major national strategy,which opened up a broad space for the new urbanization of Chengde city.Promoting the construction of new urbanization actively and orderly is a inevitable choice which can achieve the goal of Chengde “ green rise ” development strategy and an important support which will promote the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperative development.The new urbanization is an important point which can accelerate transforming the industrial structure of Chengde City.And it is also an important way to solve the“three rural issues”of Chengde area.What’s more,it is the essential guarantee of the socialist modernization construction of Chengde City, which has great and far-reaching significance on the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration.The paper analysed and understood the connotation of the new urbanization in the first part of this paper,then analysed the present situation and existing problems through collecting the relevant data of the development model of urbanization in Chengde City.Finally found out the reason in the development model of urbanization in Chengde City based on the background of integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.In addition,the paper discussed the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Chengde city new urbanization development by using the“SWOT”analysis method,then the paper provided constructive suggestions and Countermeasures to Chengde city new urbanization development.
