In the future,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei will be built into a world-class city group and an important strategic fulcrum in China's world development pattern.To realize the integrated development of the regional economy,the integrated development of transportation must be realized first.More and more experts and scholars have begun to study the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation,and promote the coordinated development of the overall economic and social development of the region with transportation interconnection.However,with the expansion of the scale of transportation infrastructure investment,more and more problems have emerged.For example,the degree of integration of transportation integration is still insufficient,the development mechanism of transportation integration still needs to be strengthened,and transportation integration support policies need to be implemented urgently.Although Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has made remarkable achievements in the collaborative construction,there are still many problems compared with the development requirements of transportation integration.Therefore,in order to improve the degree of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation integration and better realize the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the analysis of the level and influence factors of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation integration has long-term significance.This article takes planning,infrastructure construction,management operations,and information services in the integration process of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as the research object,and uses the analytic hierarchy process and weighted gray correlation method,evaluated the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation.Based on existing research,firstly,by deepening the understanding of the concept of transportation integration,the development of transportation integration is decomposed into three aspects: planning and construction integration,transportation infrastructure integration,and information service integration.Build a more scientific,objective and rigorous evaluation index system for the integrated development level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation.Then,based on the data from Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in 2017,this paper uses weighted gray correlation model to find the weak links in the regional transportation integration process.The results show that the overall degree of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation integration still needs to be improved.There are deficiencies in the integration of planning and construction,and the degree of integration of planning entities is low.In terms of integration of transportation infrastructure,the borders of some regions are different due to different local planning As a result,there is a lack of communication between various modes of transportation.In terms of information service integration,there are information barriers between various departments in the region,and obstacles to information exchange and sharing have increased the cost of information transmission and transportation.Finally,this article uses a comparative analysis method to comprehensively and objectively analyze the current status and constraints of BeijingTianjin-Hebei transportation integration.It highlights the influence of political factors on transportation integration,focuses on promoting top-level design.Refers to the experience of developed countries and regions,it puts forward countermeasures to reduce the administrative area restrictions and establish a coordinated linkage mechanism etc.
