It is generally agreed that cloud computing is an important tool for changing global ITbusiness competition. The US government issued a policy on long-term development of cloudcomputing in2009. Cloud computing was also included in the2010budget application of theWhite House as the key way to promote government information infrastructure. The expertssuggested the European Union and its members to encourage cloud computing research and tomake the standard. Meanwhile all famous IT companies put a lot of emphasis on cloudcomputing development and lunched products or services.The city K, as one of China’s coastal developed cities, has been committed to the use ofadvanced science and technology to promote industry transformation and development.Created cloud computing innovation center in the city of K, become one of the majorinitiatives. Based on this condition, this paper from the following several aspects studydemonstrates the feasibility of the project: first, to explore the era background of thedevelopment of the project, the development prospects, as well as the significance of thisstudy, the research content and method. Secondly, analyze the basic situation of the project,the final and to explore the research significance of the project, from the Angle of theory,theory support for the project feasibility. Through the PEST model to analyze the macroenvironment of the project, and analyze the project internal environment and the projectrequirements, explore K city cloud computing project requirements are in conformity with theinnovation center. Then expatiates the technical resources and project implementation needtalentThe project feasibility analysis showed that the project of the City K cloud computinginnovation center is feasible.
