As the competition intensifying in the market, the topic which about CustomerValue Creation has become widespread concerned among the enterprise managers. Andtechnological innovation is the most important factor for enterprise to gain a success.Currently, the theoretical research on customer value and technological innovation hasbeen relatively mature, but few researches can be found on the relationship between thetwo aspects. The purpose of this article is to find out something common betweencustomer value and technological innovation and build a relationship model betweenthem that suitable for domestic manufacturing enterprises. And in the following, I’d liketo take Xiamen XGMA Machinery Co., Ltd as an example. For case study, also work outa suitable development strategy of technological innovation on customer value based onXiamen XGMA Machinery Co., Ltd.Technological innovation can make the role only based on customer valuerealization. The essence of technological innovation is to meet the customer value in along period of dynamic change under the highly competitive market environment.Customer value-oriented technological innovation research mainly includes the followingcontents: First of all, make clear the status of enterprise business and strategic objectives.Innovation is an activity which generally bases on current businesses and follows theguide direction of enterprise strategic goals. Secondly, we must analyze industrymacro-environment and industry technological innovation development. Through theindustry macro-environment analysis, we can identify the positive environmental factorswhich in favor of technological innovation. Only technological innovation can makecustomers really satisfied. Research the trend of industry in technological innovation,along the direction of industrial technology innovation and avoid the detours. The processof innovation always insists the philosophy "customer is always right ". Then, thebusiness-critical elements of customer value, the element’s development level within theindustry as well as the advantages and the disadvantages of the enterprise create customer value as a basic reference for the follow-on innovation project selection will be analyzed.Finally, the technological innovation strategy study based on customer value is theimportant. According to the customer value elements analysis combined with elements ofthe macroeconomic environment, the trends of technological innovation and thecompany’s strategic goals, we can select the technological innovation strategy project,target on the strategic studies, and propose innovative guarantee measurements.The results of research showed that technological innovation is not blindly pursuinginnovation; instead the right technology innovation strategy is based on customer value,according to the company’s current innovation capability and industrial developmentsituation and chooses the correct strategic path.
