| At this knowledge economic time, knowledge has been the first factor ofproduction, and as the carrier of knowledge, knowledge workers become the maintheme of competence of company general strength. Knowledge workers’ resignationhas become a general phenomenon in all types of enterprises, in which the worsthappens in IT enterprises. In china, IT knowledge workers’ resignation takes the firstplace in all enterprises, both on frequency and quantity, therefore the excessiveresignation of knowledge workers attracts more and more attention from enterprises.IT enterprises are a typically high-tech one, its nature is the production andappreciation of knowledge, as a result they rely a lot on knowledge workers.Resignation of them always bring enterprises financial, core technology, businessconfidential information, and also enterprises characteristic lost or risk. ConsequentlyIT enterprise managers are taking effective human resource management measures toavoid them from resignation, so to protect this strategic resource.According to the principles of solving practical management problems,combined with my situation where companies and research topics, this article beginswith the current situation of IT knowledge workers’ management in China, alongsidewith enterprise life cycle, human resource management, staff lost etc, to get aconclusion on how to solve this problem, enrich research on knowledge workers’management, and give a theoretical guide on it.At the beginning is the depiction of research background, meaning, content andmethod of solution on knowledge workers’ resignation under current marketenvironment.
