As global economic integration aggravate, enterprises face more and more competition. Human resources management is an important component of modern enterprise management, it is the necessary management tool during the long-term development of enterprise, and performance evaluation as evaluation performance effective means, it’s an important segment that can’t ignore in human resources management. Because of sexual, multiple, more dynamic characteristics in performance appraisal, and deviation that manage in the ideological understanding and implementation of implementation, makes the enterprise performance evaluation formalistic which can’t sufficient play out its really important role. How to implement the performance assessment, and set suitable for enterprise’ actual characteristics of the performance evaluation system, it’s the answers that most enterprise has always been eager to find.This article take the human resources management and performance evaluation theory as a foundation, from Shenyang Zhongfu Preform Co.,Ltd. that a manufacturing enterprise human resources performance assessment present situation, committed to improve the performance of the employee, enhance the enterprise competition ability.First comprehensive use of human resources management and performance evaluation theory, comprehensive analysis the status of Shenyang Zhongfu Preform Co.,Ltd. human resources and performance evaluation, point out the problems existing in the performance evaluation. Then aimed at problems and reasons, put forward the design performance assessment and purpose, principles, to ensure the design and performance evaluation system is a scientific, standardized, complete cycle system. Second, again in design, make sure all kinds of personnel assessment standards, examination cycle, weight, results feedback, improvement, the application of results, and so on. At the same time, do more detailed consideration in implement methods and supervision&inspection to ensure the sustainable effective development of performance appraisal.
