Research On Investment Efficiency Evaluation Of Gudong Oil Production Plant Based On DEA

Since established in1989, Gudong oil production plant, as an important oil productionplant, has made a great contribution to the rapid expansion of Shengli oil field. Recently, varywith the most of oil field in our country becoming the later period, the high and stable yieldfor Gudong oil production plant is facing a great challenge. Therefore, Gudong oil productionplant invests large sums of money each year to carry out the increase production measures andin some degree ensures stable production, but it has led to more complicated production plantinvestment management and low investment efficiency, which seriously affected thecompetitiveness of the production plant. So it is necessary for Gudong production plant todevelop investment performance research.From the research background and significance, combining the present situation ofGudong oil production plant, the paper firstly analyzed the main influencing factors ofinvestment benefit and established the evaluation indexes system of investment efficiency.Secondly through the comparative analysis of common investment benefit evaluation method,the paper introduces cross mutual mechanism and AHP to input oriented DEA model toconstruct the GuDong production plant investment benefit evaluation model, and uses2005-2010GuDong production plant business data to evaluate the investment benefit. Finally,on the basis of the investment benefit evaluation, combined with GuDong production plantinvestment benefit management present situation, the paper points out that GuDongproduction plant has some problem in the investment decision-making research, investmentplans enforcement and investment structure. Besides, the paper puts forward somecountermeasures to improve investment benefits from four aspects, such as cost management,production plan management, scientific research and management regulation.
