With the increasing competition the electricity market, power companiesneed to change their old business model to improve business efficiency, servicequality, to face the market changes. Harbin Electric Power Bureau promptlyrecognized the change brought about by intense competition from internal andexternal environment, so follows the trend to implement the ERP system, butonly the implementation of an ERP system does not necessarily mean theimprovement of business efficiency, power companies should pay more attentionto change the management processes, only a fundamental change in the oldprocess, can improve the actual efficiency. To accomplish this goal, we can usethe concept of business process reengineering, combine the enterprise businessprocess reengineering and implementation of ERP systems, to bring innovationand progress management processes.In this paper, with the BPR theory, I do case studies of Harbin ElectricPower Bureau accounting business process reengineering in the ERPenvironment, Emphasis take engineering management and engineering materialsmanagement for example, by comparing the business process of Harbin PowerBureau before and after the implementation of business process reengineering toillustrate the benefits. This paper designs a business process reengineeringprogram, then describes the Harbin Power Bureau in the accounting businessprocess re-encountered problems and corresponding solutions, and ultimatelyusing fuzzy AHP, selects indicators, shows the business processes of HarbinElectric Power Bureau comprehensive evaluation of the effect of restructuring.
