Nowadays,the economy and society into the era of global competition,and competition among enterprises is no longer confined to a region, a country, but competition in the industry from around the world,deepening the intensity of competition,intensified.In this fast-changing market environment, if the enterprises still insist on the traditional management concept and the traditional management model,it will be overwhelmed by the rolling tide of the times. Compared with the past, the competition among enterprises today mainly as a strategic thinking, strategic positioning of the competition,it fully shows that strategic competition has already arrived.Since entering WTO,China has increasingly standardized market economic order, and gradually integrated into the global integration of economy, domestic enterprises have begun to actively participate in global competition, the importance of strategic management concepts are gaining.The dissertation is based on the current economic development environment, the use of modern strategic management theory the author has studied China National Aviation Fuel Group Corporation internal and external environment, operating status and development strategy for in-depth research.First, the use of PEST method the dissertation has analyzed China National Aviation Fuel Group Corporation’s political,economic,social and technological environment, the macro environment analysis, then, step by step analysis of their market environment, competitive environment, business status, resources and capabilities and core competence,and the use of SWOT has analyzed advantages, disadvantages,opportunities and threats of China National Aviation Fuel Group Corporation in the fierce market environment.In the situation, based on the development of China Civil Aviation, Twelfth Five-Year" development planning, the stronger strategy of Civil Aviation and development prospects,combined with the strategic objectives of China National Aviation Fuel Group Corporation,With the use of SWOT analysis and strategy matrix model analysis,the dissertation has analyzed the development strategy and business strategy of this Corporation.,combined with the present situation and development objectives of China National Aviation Fuel Group Corporation,ruled out by exclusion inappropriate development strategy, finalized the appropriate strategy under the current development strategy objectives.Finally, the dissertation has systematically elaborated the measures and safeguards of China National Aviation Fuel Group Corporation for achieving strategic objectives.
