Research On Technology Innovation Strategy Of China National Aviation Fuel Corporation

As China’s largest supplier of aviation fuel, China National Aviation Fuel Group has not onlya wide range of business, but also has a large business network, technological innovation is basedon the country of its existence, but also its rapid development of the base, so research on CNAF’stechnology innovation strategy is of great significance. In this paper, with the theoretical andempirical combination, it research CNAF’s technological innovation strategy in order to improvethe company’s Technological Innovation Strategy.The purpose of this study is aimed at CNAF Technical Problems innovation strategy proposedcountermeasures. This paper uses a combination of theoretical research and empirical researchmethods, for CNAF’s technology innovation strategy are studied through competition situation,technological innovation CNAF’s external opportunities and threats analysis and industry analysis,the technical innovation CNAF is facing both opportunities and challenges. The situation, throughthe internal investigation and employee interview and questionnaires and other methods, focus onthe analysis of present situation of technology innovation of company, summarized the coreproblems of CNAF technology innovation and technological innovation strategies. In the strategyof technological innovation under the guidance of the theory, the technical innovation strategyCNAF, completed the strategic stage of technological innovation of the enterprise, in theformulation of technical innovation strategy principle, namely, to adapt to the environment, subjectto the overall, ability, with appropriate advance, determined the strategic stage of technologicalinnovation CNAF that increase, for the independent technological innovation, rely mainly on theirown R&D innovation, new technology breakthroughs, overcome some top international technicalproblems, promoting the international aviation industry position, and for CNAF technologyinnovation strategy and prospects the future of the target system, perfecting the technologyinnovation strategy in fact, the model, formulated the implementation measures. In addition, thereare targeted measures to guarantee the implementation of its technology innovation strategy.
