With the strengthening of global economy integration and the changing of international market,Chinese enterprises play a more important role.To carry out international management at the appropriate time has become a business to achieve sustainable development,breaking the bottleneck,enhance the core competitiveness of the necessary conditions and protection.CG aviation fuel cooperation is a large aviation fuel company.Currently face to the great opportunity and challenge with changing internal and external environment is that CG should formulate and implement international business strategy,seize capital,technological and talent market opportunities,participate in international division of labor,make it stronger,better and larger,and become an internationally competitive enterprise.This thesis compares and analyzes the development situation of aviation fuel industry with abroad cooperation.As the research object,the international operation of CG can be analyzed from several aspects,such as the international environment,the industry and internal environment,the policy,the economy,the market,the industry,the upstream and downstream environment,existing problems and challenges.It used the international operation theory and the SWOT analysis to analyze the necessity and capacity of CG's international operation.From the six international business strategies to define the developing direction,there are carrying out international layout of main business,coordinating the development of other existing business,promoting overseas property rights mergers and acquisitions and capital operation,developing the integration of industrial chain management,enhancing the international trade and investment in the ?Belt and Road? initiative,strengthening technological innovation.
