With lean production, enterprises canincrease the production output and logistics management performance, and ultimatelymeet customer increasingly demand.At last, based on lean production management, some implementations has beendone to improve production line output while reducing cost, and partially solved thelong-standing supplier delivery problems, lean production superiority was validated.
