Study On Supply Chain Management Process For HD Clothiing Group

The thesis mainly researches the supply chain management (hereinafter, SCM)information system for HD clothing group, through methods of implementation for SCMand analysis through business processes of large clothing enterprise at home and aboard.The paper has researched and designed a new SCM system based on multi-brandsmanagement especially for large clothing enterprise that has high business processcomplexity, more than ten well-known domestic clothing brands and annual sales of above10billion RMB.To establish rapid reaction system, the SCM system that the article researchedcoordinates these key factors and parts, such as fashion design, marketing, manufactory,raw material supplies, etc. According to the efficient and controlled three methods of SCMthat the needed design, produce by order, and producing exactly according to the customers’demands, the article raised that collaborative design should support the whole course ofprocess in large clothing enterprise, and to build a management system as collaborativedesign with some brands companies. In the meantime, the SCM platform combinedreal-time cost management system and control system. Under implementation andapplication of the SCM system especially for HD group, it can significantly upgrademanagement level in multi-brands and reduce costs of group informationization. Theresearch really optimized the use of resources by information technology for largeclothing enterprise, and it raised the level of decision analysis and market rapid response.
