The request of the system is to achieve interlocking in theenterprise production process; key nodes feedback and prevention in time; modelingwith data and intelligent analysis; the continuous optimization with the system, finallyachieve the continuous improvement of the enterprise and profit.After five months of analysis and research, the project build trial-produceprocesses among logistics, cash flow and information flow, and we set up mainmodule and assist module in the ERP system according to the process. In this fivemonths we established a complete set of factory management mechanism and keycontrol points, the questions of the factory overall fell by67%, sales revenue overallincrease of20%, and a80%drop in customer complaints with execution. We can findthe effect is very significant.The thesis subsequent remains to be further perfect, but now it seems that thedirection is right, we not only hope to expand the system function in company X, canalso for similar independent design reference ERP system of manufacturingenterprises.
