A Study On Risk Control Method Of International Grains And Oilseeds Company Via Integrative Supply Chain

Supply chain can achieve the value increase from raw material to product, it isthe key function of enterprise. The management of supply chain is becoming the hottopic. The steady of supply chain directly affect the operation of enterprise. Thesupply chain risk is defined as the facts that exist in all sects of supply chain maycause the damage or even broken of supply chain. The supply chain risk managementis the most important way to resist the external and internal and disadvantageousfactor.The grain and oilseeds company focus on producing vegetable oil and animalfeed material. For vegetable oil is necessity of people, the oilseeds enterprise directlyaffect people’ life and soybean industry safety. As national opened the door forinternational enterprise, they quickly occupied major market, and their supply chainkeeps specific advantage. This thesis study the supply chain risk of the internationalgrain and oil seeds enterprise, including raw material procurement, soybean crush,and sales. Firstly, for the procurement, the company need to import soybeans asmaterial, fluctuations in the price of soybeans is the main procurement risk for grainand oilseeds company. The thesis analyses the facts that affect soybean priceaccording the principal component analysis by SPSS software, and raise theprevention and control measure. Secondly, for production part, we identify the riskfacts by incident tree analyses. Thirdly, for sales part, the price risk cannot be avoidedeither, we also use principal component analysis to get the facts that affect the price ofsoybean meal and bean oil, at the same time analyses other risks exists in sales.Fourthly, we design the monitor system for the international grain and oilseedscompany. The multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate riskaffect degree in supply chain. Combine an actual case of C company to study theirsupply chain, and carry out supply chain risk grade, and monitor system.The study of the thesis consider that supply chain of international grain and oilseeds company is relatively stable, but all the possible risk facts may also causedamage to supply chain, so establish the monitor system is also necessary to preventrisk at any time.
