With the economic globalization, the complexity of supply chain has risen significantly, and risk increases and becomes more difficult to control. In fact, the complexity and risk are inseparable and closely related. But current research on the complexity of supply chain and supply chain risk is separated from each other. Very little literature deeply analyses the inner relationship between them. In this context, it is necessary to study how to control the risk of supply chain based on complexity.After summary the two kinds of supply chain complexity measurement, this paper points out the scope of their respective态advantages and disadvantages through comparative analysis of multi dimension to them. This paper evaluates the complexity change after the reorganization of supply chain by using the method of structural complexity measureIn the research of supply chain complexity influence mechanism of supply chain risk, This paper analyzes a large number of literature, and summer up the direct impact path from supply chain complexity and the indirect impact path with viewing management mode as the intermediate variableIn order to control the supply chain risk, this paper puts forward a method of supply chain risk control based on MAS which combines with the complexity measurement and supply chain risk assessment from the complexity perspective. By defining five agents and give their respective functions, this paper designs a process of risk identification, complexity identification, measures assessment and risk control.
