This thesis takes the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises-LCompany as an example. The essay studies the process for its successfulimplementation of management optimization by using modern scientificmanagement approaches and tools and studies how L Company is through themanagement optimization and management informationization to develop itself andeventually become the world first-class factory. The aim is to help solve theproblems faced by Chinese manufacturing enterprise.Ten years ago L company as a small auto parts company, the main problems itfaces are: bidding competition with each other in the same industry, raw materialand labor costs continue to rise, internal management confusion, production linestops frequently for lack of raw materials, customer order often cannot meet thedelivery date, product quality problems occur frequently, serious backlog and so on.These issues are also the majority of domestic manufacturing enterprises in today’sissue. Facing life and death situation, how to implement the management transformas senior managers to solve these problems.First, the status of L Company is analyzed by the modern managementtechniques and tools and then they formulate a long-term plan. The scientificanalysis tools as follows: through the SWOT analysis to identify own strengths andweakness as well as outer opportunities and threats; through The cost-volume-profitanalysis reveals the relationship among fixed costs, variable costs, volume of sales,unit price and profit. Through a series of analysis, and ultimately determine thecompany’s management innovation strategy:On the premise of improving enterprise basic management, TPS is implemented.Established the new concepts of all staff about5S, zero defect quality, just-in-time,complete elimination of waste and customer satisfaction, etc. By the implementationof TPS, TQC and TPM to achieve these management objectives, that are, zerocustomer complaints, low costs product, low equipment failure rate.Through the implementation of ERP as the core of management information,gradually it achieves accurate information transfer, product defect control effectively;improve production efficiency, less humanizing. Furthermore to reduce costs,improve product quality, quick delivery. Study on the implementation ofinformationization concerns relative theories of Payback Method, BPR, etc. Through scientific analysis, formulate reasonable development strategy andeffective implementation, the competitiveness of L enterprise eventually getpromoted. And L Company entered the First-Rate Factory in the World. The study ofthe implementation process of L Company has important significance to Chinesemanufacturing enterprises.
