Manufacturing is an important pillar of China's national economy.The current global round of technological revolution and industrial transformation led by information technology is driving the development of digital,network,intelligent and service-oriented industries.Meanwhile,the policy entitled "Made in China 2025" also puts forward higher requirements for the deep integration of informationization and industrialization.ERP system is the basis and key of production informationization.Among different manufacturings,project-oriented manufacturing is the most complex and has its unique character.Hence,standard ERP systems can not meet the needs.For example,HL company is a typical enterprise.HL company is now using the Kingdee ERP system.However,the “planning and production management module” can not be efficiently applied,resulting in out-of-control in product delivery and quality stability.Therefore,the informationization improvement of production system has become the most urgent demand.This thesis describes the system developed by the author in combination with the work.The research is mainly based on the overall structure of the ERP system,and the design and development of the production management system,information application and continuous improvement for the characteristics of HL company project-oriented manufacturing.The specific research is as follows:(1)Analysis of the status of production management.The three core points of the ERP system,BOM,inventory and document flow are clarified.The three core points are used as the main line to analyze the difficulty and status of the HL company's project-oriented manufacturing under the standard Kingdee ERP software,which may lead to delivery and quality issues.(2)Design and development of informatization in production system.The thesis discusses implement the information management and control of the two important core points of BOM and document flow in ERP system,in combination with Kingdee Invoicing module,including: general requirements,the choice of software development platform,the improvement of server network layout,the development process and function realization of each management module,the interoperability with Kingdee software,and the design of error prevention mechanism.(3)The application of informatization and continuous improvement.Combined with the solution of lean thinking and delivery,quality,inventory data and other issues to verify the application effect after information development,it mainly verified the application results of planning demand control,process traceability,quality control,process improvement,and abnormal management.Meanwhile,a continuous improvement plan was proposed for the control of delivery.This study deeply analyzes the importance of informationization in production for the project-oriented manufacturing enterprises,and the reasons for the inability to effectively implement standard ERP software.It verifies the independently designed and developed production management system,and can truly help the production system to operate effectively.Moreover,if this kind of independent design and development method is desired to play a role in the production informationization in enterprises for a long time,it is necessary to establish an IT team within the enterprise that is familiar with the production operation process and is proficient in information technology.In this circumstance,the level of informationization will continue to deepen with the development of enterprises.
