The industry of baby products is regarded as a Sunrise Industry of21centurybecause of its broad prospective development. More and more investors start to payclose attention to it.Selling baby health foods, Tianjin Dahong Trading Company, is facing a rareopportunity and at the same time encountering problems on management. Such as theemployees’ negative mood, low efficiency and high turnover rate etc, that producebad influence on business and development. All of these problems can not beensolved by the economic agreement, contract and regulation between the employer andemployee. A set of well-established system for motivation not only has the enginepurpose, also the restraining function for the employees. So the study of motivationsystem is very important to realize the sustainable development for the enterprise.The article points out the advantage and disadvantage of Dahong TradingCompany motivation system after thorough study on the active regulations,organization structure and the company culture. And then investigatethe psychological contract influence between managers and staff throughquestionnaire survey and interview key persons, propose the method for how toestablish the systemized for motivation based on psychological contract and presentthe development way, that is to say psychological contract based strategicprogramming.
