With the development of economic globalization,the world's political,economic and cultural pattern is also making unknown change.information technology upgrade every day,science and technology become the first productivity,we have entered into a new era dominated by knowledge economy.It is a kind of new economy,by means of modern science and technology,knowledge as the core resources.Knowledge workers,as carriers of knowledge,have been paid more and more attention by knowledge processing.Knowledge workers have become the core resources of enterprises and the main objects of human resource management in modern enterprises.How to effectively manage knowledge workers,tap their creativity and potential,cultivate loyalty to enterprises,enhance their enthusiasm and performance has become the mainstream of business management nowadays.Meanwhile,the 90 s has entered the workplace in a large scale.The 90 s knowledge workers will gradually grow to become more and more important human resources of enterprises.Their unique characteristics and pursuit of self characteristics have also become new management difficulties faced by enterprises.R company is a typical technical enterprise,of which about 70% of employees are the 90 s knowledge workers.In the past four years,R company's 90 s knowledge workers employees have high turnover rate and low satisfaction and loyalty to the company,which seriously restricts the development of the company.Through interviews and questionnaires,the psychological contract exists between R company and 90 s knowledge workers,90 s knowledge workers generally believe that the company should take more responsibility,such as more competitive level of wages,elastic welfare system,more broad development space occupation.From the perspective of psychological contract,this paper studies the hidden expectations of 90 s knowledge workers,and puts forward targeted incentives to improve employee motivation system in R company,hoping to achieve long-term incentives for 90 s knowledge workers.By literature reading,this paper combing the relevant knowledge of psychological contract theory,incentive theory and knowledge about knowledge workers,with R company as the research object,analysis of the incentive characteristics and current situation of knowledge type employees,and the shortcomings and deficiencies in the current incentive system of R company were analyzed.the implementation of management incentive to employees based on psychological contract.After that,a questionnaire survey was carried out for the 90 s knowledge workers of R company.The data were analyzed by SPSS software,and the contents of the hidden expectations of the new generation employees were obtained,.The redesign of the R company knowledge staff incentive system from three dimensions expounds the concrete implementation ways and contents and put forward the corresponding guarantee measures for implementation,in order to stimulate the R company 90 s knowledge workers create enthusiasm and intention to create,enhance staff stability,improve performance,and create greater value for enterprise.
