A Theoretical Analysis And Practical Research Of Land Use Pattern Based On Ecological Economy

The land is fundamental to people’s livelihood，a source of wealth，andthe basis for development. The land is closely related to progress ofhuman society. For a long time，our extensive land using patterns causedby high consumption and low output for use of land resources，resultingin a huge waste. Currently，land resources increasing demand and supplyof rigid constraints，we must find ways to promote improved landutilization，achieve scientific land，land conservation and intensive landuse，take the road of sustainable development.Ecological economy is internationally recognized as a sustainabledevelopment strategy，the efficient allocation of resources as the core，theprinciple of recycling， low consumption，low emission，high efficiencycharacteristics，and is advocating harmonious development of humansociety model. Compared with the traditional model，it is more, emphasison the harmonization of land resources，socio-economic and naturalenvironment，and have a scientific guide the sustainable use of urban landand changes in land use patterns.First， the article have detailed overview of the relevant theoreticalresearch at home and abroad，completed some induction and sort，explainthe concepts and content of land use and ecological economy. Then，thearticle discusses the historical trajectory in which the ecological andeconomic theory was used to the field in land using，and start from thecorrelation between land use and ecological economy，and explains thetype of land use ecological and economic connotation，characteristics andland use patterns suitable for Ecological Economy，and how to buildeco-economical processes of land use patterns were studied，and explainsthe connotation，characteristics and land use patterns in the use ofland-based ecological economic，and studies flow which is how to buildan ecological economy of land use patterns. Next， the paper use factoranalysis and AHP to construct valuation system for ecological and economic land-use systems，that can target areas for land use status meetsthe requirements of ecological and economic evaluation，but also toidentify the main factors and qualitative and quantitative analysis.Articles can judge the land use whether conform to the ecological andeconomic in target area，but also identify the main factors，and completeanalysis，which is qualitative and quantitative. The results of evaluation isthe basis for policy adjustment in future. Finally， the study usedevaluation system to evaluate status of land use in Tianjin，and based onthe evaluation results，puts forward some countermeasures to promote theTianjin Eco-economical land use development.
