Study On Evaluation System Of Land Intensive Utilization In Development Zone Based On PSR Model

Land is the urban development and human survival material foundation and production material, which provide enough living material and appropriate production and living space, and is the indispensable part of human life. With the rapid development of social economy and accelerating urbanization, the limited land resource has far cannot satisfy the use of its infinite humans on the limitation of land resources, and social and economic development to the land infinite requirements forcing human intensive utilization of land. Carrying out land intensive is not only alleviating the study of urban land and solving the contradiction between human and land, but also developing circular economy and building the saving-type society, It is a necessary prerequisite for sustained and steady development of urban.The land of development zone is the backbone elements, which plays an important role in promoting urban development. As a special zone that promoting the process of urbanization and a spatial carrier the that urban economic growth, which has many problems in its sustainable use:Without the establishment of various development zones, free to occupy a large number of arable land, resulting in waste of a lot of land, population growth has led to the growing contradiction between the people and land. The face of these problems of the existing land use zones, on the one hand, we must follow the objective law of market economy and attach importance to zone land use; on the other hand, we must change in land use zone concepts, and active evaluation of intensive land use.The current intensive use of land evaluation index of the research, Few research take into account the comprehensive relationship between the land-effective evaluation of the role. Development zone as representatives of regional economic development, the contradiction is growing between population growth and land area. This paper researches from the relationship between the environment and people in land-use, and selects development zone as a typical significance of study, based on the establishment of PSR(pressure-state-response) framework of the intensive use of land evaluation system, the development zone of land-intensive use of the comprehensive evaluation of a useful exploration.The main study of this paper includes:①Discussed domestic and foreign cities and development zones of intensive land use situation.②Analysis of the connotation of intensive land use zone and its influencing factors.③PSR(pressure-Status-Response) framework of urban land-use.④PSR framework to establish zones based on intensive use of land evaluation index system.
