Study On Land Intensive Utilization Evaluation Of Jiangxi National Development Zones

The development zones is a great creation of China's reform and opening up,it can effectively promote the economic development and strategic layout of the country and the region,and national development zone is the leader in the development zones.So the stable and healthy development of the national development zone plays an important role in the development of the country and the local.After more than and 20 years of development and adjustment,Jiangxi province has established a complete and standardized development zone system in the whole province,has made great contributions to the economic development.But at the same time,these development zones are more or less there are a variety of problems:For example,all levels of land use zones or industrial structure exists many unreasonable or even backward places,the lack of effective supervision mechanism leading to land use efficiency under the enterprise,only economic development zones become the neglect of environmental pollution of the "leading enterprises"..If these problems are not solved in a timely and effective manner,Then Jiangxi to accelerate the rise of the central region,the realization of the economic corner overtaking and industrial transformation and upgrading will become empty talk.So it is very important to study the evaluation of land intensive use in Jiangxi Development Zone,so as to provide some suggestions for the development of the development zone.This paper introduces the general situation and structure of land use in Jiangxi national development zone,then,we study on the land intensive utilization of Jiangxi national development zone in 2012,2014 and 2016.From the 6 aspects of land use,land use structure,land use intensity,input and output efficiency of industrial land,land use regulation performance and environmental quality,the paper selects 15 indicators as evaluation factors,to construct the structural equation model to verify the scientificity of the evaluation index system,then using the two different methods to evaluate and compare the land intensive use level of Jiangxi development zone,come to the development of the province's land structure and the degree of intensive use ofland and calculate the scale of land intensive utilization potential.It is found that the situation of land use in Jiangxi province is good,the structure is reasonable,and the degree of intensive land use is also ideal,the land intensive potential of the national development zone is very large.But there are still some problems and a lot of room for improvement.
