Study On The Evaluation Of Land Intensified Utilization Of Development Zone Based On Circular Economy

With the constant deepening of China's reform and opening up,our government departments set up different types of development zones. From the initial establishment of development zones in the coastal cities to the central and western cities full layout now, development zones in China have experienced nearly three decades of ups and downs, has become the fastest growing and most dynamic economic growth. However, the process of land use in the zone have some problems, such as the development zone set too much, waste of idle land, the obvious contradiction between people and land, irrational land-use structure,and the poor sustainable development.Therefore, the evaluation of intensive land use in development zone, not only beneficial to the development of land use theory, but also for the rational use of land in China, and can provide a good reference for the path of sustainable development practice.Strengthening the evaluation of intensive land-use in development zones and establishing the evaluation system in meeting the requirements of intensive land-use,is benifical to understand comprehensively and to solve these problems.The establishment of intensive land use long-term mechanism, and improvement of land management,has important theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of circular economy,it attempts to research a intensive land-use evaluation system for promoting healthy and sustainable development of China's development zones.Firstly, through reviewing and summarizing the theory of previous studies about circular economy,land economy and the basic theory of development zones, defining the the connotation and extension of intensive land use in development zones. Secondly,by analyzing the current situation of land-use, in-depth research on the problems of intensive land use for development zone problems. Thirdly, with the theory of circular economy, it makes some analysis and research about the index and math model on intensive use of land evaluation.And then through selecting evaluation and designing evaluation model discussed on the evaluation system of intensive use of land. Finally, combine with theory with practice, it made a real evaluation and analysis to Yulin Economic Development Zone (YEDZ), and made some proposal about intensive land-use evaluation system and method in the development zone construction.
