When the growing of the real estate the other mating estate along with the rapiddevelopment. As a modern elevator products face intense competition. On the onehand elevator industry shortage of technical staff, on the other hand the existingtechnical talents are facing a huge challenge currently. They are guardian of thesafe operation of the entire elevator. How to relieve the pressure on staff andreducing their emotional burnout and reduce wastage technology has become animportant issue of HR? Through further research and analysis, found that thereasons for burnout resulting impact and seek reasonable countermeasures.This study describes an overview of M Elevator Company and in the managementof the current situation currently and problems, pointing out that the brain draineffect on business. The research object is the maintenance technicians. Firstdescribes the theoretical basis for the burnout theory, work stress theory, jobsatisfaction theory, and the theory of brain drain. The research basis for therelated theoretical, data analysis factors burnout maintenance technicians to drawinfluence, and propose appropriate countermeasures.On the one hand they should know the relevant theoretical knowledge; on theother hand, they are faced with various kinds of pressure, the pressure in such anenvironment staff from Burnout is inevitable. The innovation of this study is the use of the case method, to the actual case as atemplate. Quantify the relevant analysis results corresponding countermeasures.
