In the new normal economy and with the shocks of online finance,the survival of banking institutions is under increasing pressure,especially for rural commercial banks(RCB)in the county,which are also encountering the competition from many other banking institutions who seek to grab RCB's inherent market share by sinking service outlets.This undoubtedly aggravates the working pressure of the employees of RCB,resulting in occupational burnout.Occupational burnout will not only affect the physical and mental health of employees,but also cause a certain negative impact on the enterprise.Therefore,it is of great significance to study occupational burnout of employees in rural commercial bank.In this paper,LA employees were selected as research objects.On the basis of literature review,MBI-GS scale revised by Li Chaoping et.al,self-compiled occupational burnout influencing factors questionnaire and SPSS 16.0 were used to conduct questionnaire survey and data analysis on the current situation and influence factors of occupational burnout of LA employees.The results show that LA employees have a certain degree of occupational burnout.Moreover,occupational burnout is different in demographic variables such as age,working type and work duration.The factors that affect the occupational burnout of employees in LA can be divided into 3 groups.The work factor is the ambiguous role.The organizational factor is the lack of organizational support.The personal factors is the negative work attitude.Based on this,this article from the work,organization and personal factors to put forward countermeasures to alleviate their job burnout.In terms of work factors,LA rural commercial bank should clarify its job responsibilities and implement post responsibility system.Reduce the work pressure of employees;Delegate work authority;Improve the personnel and post adaptation.At the level of organizational factors,efforts should be made to optimize and implement a scientific and fair salary distribution system.Implement multi-gradient promotion system for employees;Provide unimpeded communication mechanism;Strengthen the degree of care for employees.In terms of personal factors,it is suggested that employees of LA rural commercial bank should establish correct work values.Make an objective understanding of themselves.Conduct scientific self-regulation and release pressure.
