With the arrival of knowledge economy, and globalization is more and more fiercemarket competition, and the success of the enterprise is becoming more and moredependent on the knowledge itself have. Management guru drucker once said,"theorganization of the21st century, is the most valuable assets in the organization ofknowledge workers and their productivity". Therefore, an enterprise to obtain andmaintain competitive advantage, must have strong communication ability and the abilityof acquiring knowledge, create knowledge and transform knowledge. In today’s marketcompetition to accelerate innovation, only by constantly learning, to survive, and theenterprise human capital formation and transformation is the most important ways to thelearning ability and creative ability of the enterprise, which is to strengthen enterprisecompetitive advantage and the key of enterprise core competitiveness. In industrialeconomy times, the competitive advantage of enterprises from low-cost, differentiatedproducts and services, and in the knowledge economy times, knowledge is one of the mostcompetitive resources, capital is the most valuable intellectual capital.
