High Potential Talent Hidden Human Capital Formation, Transformation And Creation Of Research

In the background of knowledge economy, the human capital, especially the implicit human capital contains energy and creativity into full play, will become the effective development of productive power. The high potential talent is already obtained a certain result, has strong learning ability and knowledge of the theoretical level, creativity, and was higher target and development stages of high-quality workers. High potential talent implicit human capital is exist in high potential talent that difficult to express and imparting of tacit knowledge, experience and know-how and ideal, values, inspiration and creative, etc. Due to the lack of high potential talent implicit understanding of the importance of implicit human capital, high potential talent implicit human capital erosion, and talent management faced a series of problems and challenges, we need attach broad attention to high potential talents on value realizationThe implicit human capital formation and transformation and creation are the key link of core competitiveness that affects the competitive advantage of organization. So this thesis around the three links. Theoretically analyzes implicit formation and transformation and creation mechanism, based on the theory of research, combing large sample by mathematical statistics and structural equation modeling for analytical tools, empirically analyzes high potential talents of human capital formation and transformation and creation. Through the analysis of the different type of learning theory, this thesis bring forward the high potential talents'implicit human capital formation mechanism and build a model of high potential talent implicit human capital formation mechanism and put forward the corresponding relationship. In the study on the transformation, the thesis analyzed the two paths of transformation, and put forward four ways of high potential talents' implicit human capital transformation and mechanism. And then put forward the high potential talents'implicit human capital transformation mechanism based on KTA, and construct high potential talents'implicit human capital transformation model and put forward the corresponding relationship. In the study on the creation of high potential talents'implicit human capital, the thesis analyzed the intuitive experience mode of Chinese ancient, and constructed the SECI model for high potential talents'implicit human capital creation and puts forward the corresponding relationship. Theoretically proved the tacit knowledge in the individual, group and organizational level finally realizes the implicit human capital formation and transformation and creative process, achieve high level of human capital both in individuals and organizations. The thesis also makes an empirical research on the influencing factors and path analysis through a mass of questionnaires and SPSS15.0 and AMOS7.0 on high potential talents'implicit human capital.The thesis endues some conclusions, such as the positive relationship between study and creative ability and the formation and the transformation and the creation of high potential talents'implicit human capital, between the learning and communication mechanism and the transformation and the creation of high potential talents'implicit human capital.
