The current Chinese beer industry competition is very fierce, the overall have enteredthe era of competition. Jiahe Beer Co., Ltd. is a local beer enterprise. At a disadvantage incompeting with Qingdao Brewery, the rapid decline in yield and profit.The purpose of this paper is to solve the difficulties faced by enterprises in order toaccurately formulate competitive strategy of Jiahe beer. And I hope to give some reference toother small and medium-sized beer enterprises face the competition.In this paper, the mission from Jiahe beer company with the main goal, the firstcomprehensive analysis of strategic environment of Jiahe beer, Jiahe beer analysis foundthreat came mainly from the industry giants such as Qingdao Brewery competition. But atthe same time that Jiahe beer is facing new market opportunities, mainly is the presentconsumers in the rapid differentiation, demand is diverse, but in high-end liquor marketshare is also growing in the channel quickly, get the advantage in the market segment isJiahe beer outlet. Then the objective comparison of resources and ability of Jiahe beer andQingdao Brewery, we found that the Jiahe beers generally at a disadvantage, the Jiahe beerbrand, market resources significantly weaker than Qingdao Brewery, but the ability ofproduct innovation, fast decision Jiahe beer can significantly better than Qingdao Brewery.In this case the Jiahe beer should choose differentiation strategy as the basic strategy,strategic initiatives to strengthen the attack, according to Hamer and Pula beauty de strategicintent suggestion Jiahe beer bold construction core resources and ability, is the product of acomprehensive upgrade to meet future demand draft beer and fresh beer, the rapiddevelopment of differentiated products on the offensive in the mass market and segmentmarket.
