The Analysis And Management Research Of Supply Chain Disruptions Risk

From1980s,companies began to pay attention to supply chain management which hasalso become a hotspot in theoretical study.With the globalization ofprocurement,outsourcing of non-core businesses,single-source supply and lean productiondeveloping,the supply chains become fragile increasingly and are faced with more andmore unknown conditions and risks.An important one is the risk of disruption.With theprobability of supply chain disruption risk is increasing,supply chain disruptions occur tothe enterprise has brought huge losses.Therefore,in this context,companies began to focuson supply chain disruption risk management,but also makes the study of supply chaindisruption risk management become more and more urgent.Based on the above background,this paper intends to research supply chain disruptionrisk management.Firstly,domestic and foreign related theories is summarized,includingsupply chain risk identification,assessment,control,warning and other aspects.Based onview of the various scholars,the supply chain disruptions were divided into twotypes,supply disruptions and demand disruptions,which classified by the impact of the riskof supply chain disruptions.The relationship diagram was build,which included supplychain disruption risk types,failure modes,sources and factors identification.Then,using Petrinet to construct analysis model and understand the propagation path and the impact of thedisruptions in supply chain.and a case study.In addition,the paper also did the followingresearch raised around the classification.The forth chapter study the management of supplydisruption risk from the point of paddy supply chain.First,it study the balance betweenefficiency and flexibility of supply chain,which illustrates the need that supply chainsmaintain a certain flexibility.Then,at the strategic level,it builds flexible supply chaindesign model considering supply disruption.Finally,at the tactical level,it puts forwardmeasures to improve supply chain flexibility.The Chapter V does the research of themanagement of demand disruption risk.First,it analyses the concept of demand disruptionand defines the scope of the impact of demand disruption.Then,it summarizes the threetypical types of demand disruption through a large number of case studies and puts forwardmanagement strategies of demand disruptions in supply chains.
