Research On Supply Chain Financing For Export-oriented Small And Medium-sized Enterprise

In recent years, domestic and foreign trade environment is worsening. Thoseexport-oriented SME which has lower risk tolerance is prone to bankruptcy because ofcapital chain break. The mobility of capital and goods is the lifeline for the survival ofSME, under the new environment at home and abroad the traditional trade financing can’tescort for export-oriented small and medium enterprises. Therefore, this article focus on anew type of financing－Supply Chain Financing and conduct detailed analyzes. Comparedwith the traditional financing and the empirical analysis based on credit risk perspective,draw a conclusion that the necessity of using the supply chain financing.Firstly, taking a simple comb on development theory about supply chain financing inthe current domestic and international countries and defining the relevant concept. Thesecond part analyzes the development of export-oriented SME status,indicating that thelack of financial support and the flow of goods is the biggest problem facing theseenterprises. Through the analysis of the predicament, we know that traditional tradefinancing can not adapt to social development and can not give timely financing to business.The third part is put forward supply chain financing aimed at the limitation of thetraditional trade financing. And introduce the mode of operation and the use of specificmechanisms of supply chain financing in detail. At last, by compared with the traditionaltrade financing and supply chain financing derived the superiority of supply chainfinancing. The fourth part is take an empirical analysis to the supply chain financingthrough the combination of theory and case based on the Angle of credit. The fifth part isput forward the current problems in the process of operation about supply chain financing.,and make its countermeasures and suggestions based on related issues. Finally, the articlehas a simply summarize and prospect for the future.Based on theoretical studies, this paper belongs to applied research about supplychain financing. It uses some newer data and case, hoping able to provide some ideas tosolve SME financing.
