Study On The Capacity And Mode Coupling Intransformation And Upgrading Of Agricultural Products Circulation Enterprise

In2012, the National Development and Reform Commission issued "StateCouncil on deepening the circulation system to accelerate the development ofcirculation industry planning", said in order to adapt to the new needs of economicand social development, our circulation industry should to accelerate the reform anddevelopment of circulation industry. But compared with developed countries,agricultural products circulation in China started lately and developed slowly,circulation infrastructure is inadequate, the level of information is not enough, andenterprise is affected by internal and external factors when chosen the circulationpattern. Therefore, this study is meaningful to select agricultural enterprisecapabilities and circulation pattern as study objects. This thesis deep researches theimpact factors of agricultural enterprise capabilities which affect circulation pattern,analyzes the relationship between variables, reveals the importance of theagricultural enterprise capabilities in circulation pattern selection to the developmentof agricultural product circulation.This thesis mainly does research on the capacity and mode coupling intransformation and upgrading of agricultural products circulation enterprise. Firstly,on the basis of literature research, this thesis discusses the concept about agriculturalproduct circulation enterprises, and it elaborates power factors of agriculturalproducts circulation enterprises from inside and outside two respects. Secondly, itestablish the agricultural enterprises evaluation index system of28indicators whichcontains agricultural circulation level and environment support capability, it uses theSPSS19.0analysis software and principal component analysis method to evaluatethe agricultural products enterprises capacity of China’s31provinces, autonomousregions and municipalities directly under the central government, and to study themain factors which effect agricultural product enterprises ability. And then find outregional distribution through cluster analysis by the results of principal componentanalysis. Thirdly, on the foundation of analysis enterprise capabilities and circulation, it build the coupling framework of the agricultural enterprises capacity andcirculation pattern. Fourthly, it uses the coupling formula and coupling coordinationdegree formula to evaluate agricultural enterprises coupling circulation mode ofChina’s31provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under thecentral government, and regional distribution based on coupling results, and analysiscombined with the regional classification of agricultural enterprise capacity. Finally,in view of general characters of the regional agricultural circulation enterprises, itputs forward some measures.The results show that infrastructure capacity, scientific and technical capacity,management capacity, scale and innovation are five most influential factors ofagricultural products enterprises; resource levels and policy support are two mostinfluential factors of circulation patterns. China’s31provinces, autonomous regionsand municipalities directly under the central government can be divided into fiveregions due to differences in the enterprises capacity and mode coupling, these fiveregions are well coordinated development, intermediate coordinated development,primary coordinated development, moderate disorder development and seriousdisorder development. Each region should select the appropriate circulation modebased on their development state and characteristics to promote the long-termdevelopment of agricultural products circulation industry.
