The main questions of the dissertation are how to define the spatial range of ChinaCapital Economic Cycle, and in this range how Beijing and other counties influenceeach other mutually, especially on the leading-sector-selection. The author hopes that hecan derive these influences from the case study of Sanhe, so that it could offer someeconomic development experiences for other counties. On defining the range, the author uses the concept Economic Distance and the Gravity-Field Strength-Model to approaches to the circle range. Utilize the locationentropy-output growth four-quadrant graph, according to the development potential, then screen out the ideal leading sectors. After the utilization of the bi-index, economic distance and gravity-field strength, Iconclude the range of the Capital Economic Cycle as Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang,Chengde, Zhangjiakou, Qinhuangdao, Tangshan, Langfang, Baoding, Cangzhou andHengshui. With drawing the lessons from Japan, it can reach that the one polar tendency of Beijing is not as severe as Tokyo. In the case of Sanhe (county level), withthe location entropy-output growth four-quadrant graph, I recommend Transportation,Storage and Mail Business, Reality Business and Scientific Research, TechnicalService and Geologic Exploration Business as the leading sectors. But in fact, Sanhegovernment made its own leading-sector policy with Bio-Pharmacy, New Materials, Food and Clothing Industry, Auto Parts Industry, Electronic InformationManufacturing and Tourism and Leisure Business being the leading sectors. As for thereason for this difference, firstly, intensively affected by the developmental target ofSanhe12thFive-Year Plan, secondly, the difference between policy propaganda andsector practice, finally, the data delay effect from the model. When analyzing the case, Ican generalize that Beijing affects Sanhe in three aspects, but Sanhe in an extremelyweak way. So the conclusion is that Sanhe should develop the leading sectors itselfutilizing the positive affection from Beijing while decreases the negative, and developwith Beijing coordinately after getting bigger.
