| In recent years, with the rapid development of the telecommunicationsindustry, communication engineering construction scale expands unceasingly.CM Company, as communications enterprise, invests billions of Yuan eachyear, thousands of construction projects, to greatly support the networkquality promotion and network service development. Due to engineeringconstruction greatly promoted to company business, the company leadershipsare very concerned about the situation of engineering construction, especiallyabout the major projects directly related to business development. Theyalways hope to complete the project construction by the fastest speed and theleast amount of resources. In the rapid development process, it appears somequality management problems constantly. These years, the quality and safety accidents have occurred frequently in the national communicationconstruction fields, to the enterprises and society great economic losses havebeen caused, it also has a bad influence on the service quality and enterpriseimage of the communication operation enterprises.The paper pays close attention to this increasingly serious problem. Atfirst, according to the basis of communication engineering qualitymanagement theories, the paper puts forward the enterprise not only to thepursuit of the engineering project progress, but also to the fullimplementation of the construction quality management; not only to theattention to the completion of the project quality, but also to the attention tothe progress of project quality. Secondly, according to the actual worksituation of communication engineering quality management in CMCompany, I made statistical analysis of589quality management problemscollected in nearly two years. These problems were reduced to20kinds ofquality management problems by the cause and effect chart analytic method,and I determined five factors that produced these problems. Then by thePareto diagram analysis, I found the top four categories of the qualitymanagement problems and took it as the focus of the future work. Finally, thepaper analyzed causes for top four kinds of problems through theinvestigation method, put forward the idea of management measures, and formulated three-phase implementation plan, evaluated improving measuresthat had been carried out. From the evaluation data contrast, we can see theimprovement measures have been a phase achievement, and qualitymanagement condition has been obviously improved.Overall, this study has a certain role in promotion to communicationengineering quality management in CM Company, and I hope it can be areference to other domestic communication enterprises. |
