Nowadays mobile Internet and its applications have become the most effective powerfor communication industry. As the most important product of mobile Internet, mobilepayment has become the hot spot of mobile Internet and a lot of relevant parties covet thisbig “cake” because it can be achieved at any time, at any place just by cell phone. In aword, after concerted efforts of all parties, mobile payment has become the mostpromising application of mobile Internet and Internet of Things. However, thedevelopment of mobile payment is far from what has been expected. The criticalparticipants of mobile payment compete for resources and market, which makescooperation mechanism defective. Business model being unclear is responsible for thissituation. As a consequence, this thesis researches the cooperative mechanism, developingtrend and its influence on the business model of mobile payment.For the critical participants of mobile payment, cooperation mechanisms amongbounded operators, financial institutions and the third-party payment platform are studiedon the basis of evolutionary game theory and then business models are analyzedcorrespondingly. Firstly, this thesis constructs the evolutionary game model betweenoperators and financial institutions, analyzes the equilibrium states with system dynamicsand finally verifies the conclusions in Anylogic. Secondly, taking the fact that operators’strengths are quite strong in our country into consideration, this thesis constructs anevolutionary three-player game model among operator1, operator2and financialinstitutions, then equilibrium states are analyzed according to Lyapunov stability andfinally the conclusions are verified in Anylogic. Finally, the third-party payment platformis added to the evolutionary game model and an evolutionary game model amongoperators, financial institutions and third-party platform is constructed. The equilibriumstates are analyzed when one game player’s strategy is chosen and the entire equilibrium states are analyzed according to the above situations. Through theoretical analysis,evolutionary game equilibrium analysis and simulation verification, this thesis researchesthe cooperative patterns and business models of mobile payment industry from threeangles. It tries to provide theoretical basis for constructing a mobile payment businessmodel which suits our country. What’s more, it puts forward suggestions for constructing agood mobile payment industry chain.
